I hope that you find a 'competent' DJ soon. I could do with a course on the old rig.

I am thinking of starting up learning the bass. I was just wondering if anybody had any recomendations for good begginer electric bass guitars or bass amps. I am obviously going to get my lessons at Sky Studios so any suggestions would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks, Squirell

I must agree with Nelmes on this one. Hughes and Kettner or Vox would be my first choice.

What kind of equiptment will be in most of the rehersal rooms? I mean like what brand; Behringer, Kam, Numark, ect.

Well...This depends on what you are going to use the different pices of gear for really. I would say definetly behringer for the mixing desks. They are probably one of the best on the market nowadays and are my personal favourite!
